Pre-arrival information COVID 19
We are very much looking forward to opening our site again and welcoming visitors following the lifting of restrictions. Being mindful of the need to maintain vigilance to prevent transmission of the virus we would ask that you read the information below.
Most importantly we ask that you do not leave home should you or any members of your household have symptoms suggestive of coronavirus (new continuous cough, high temperature or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste). If this is the case, please phone Charles and discuss the option of transferring your stay to a different date.
Please park at the entrance of the campsite and stay in your car or campervan. Please then phone Charles (07909 645647) who will show you to your pitch. We will also then take the remainder of your payment owing via card payment over the phone, unless you would prefer to pay in advance using BACS payment.
You may arrive from 12 noon (please contact us if you wish to arrive earlier as it is sometimes possible to arrange this)
Please bring a face mask to wear at all times when you are in the wash room.
We will be changing our cleaning regime to include extra cleaning of the surfaces in addition to our regular twice daily cleans. We ask that you use the spray and paper towels provided to wipe before and after using the facilities. Regretfully the hairdryer will not be in use.
Please be aware of social distancing at all times in the washroom. We ask that only one household uses the washup area at any one time. Please use your discretion and return to the washroom at a later time if it appears busy.
We advise you to bring your own supplies of hand sanitiser to use in addition to the sanitiser and washing facilities provided on the site.
GAMES ROOM AND CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA
Unfortunately, the children’s outside play equipment and games room are out of use. Please supervise your children at all times and in all areas on the site.
DAY VISITORS AND GROUP BOOKINGS
We apologise but this year we are not allowing day visitors or groups on the site.
We ask that you vacate your pitch by 11am (please talk to Charles if there are reasons why you wish to stay later to see if this is feasible).
Should you or anyone in your household develop symptoms suggestive of COVID 19 during your stay, we ask that you return home immediately. Should you be too unwell to do so, please contact Charles on 07909645647.
Finally, we hope that you have a very restful and enjoyable stay. Please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance or while you are here if you have any concerns.
